What Do You Do When You Don’t Have Time?
Posted on Friday, March 23rd, 2007
I have had a busy week. It started last Thursday with a meal and more than a few with my work colleagues. Friday morning wasn’t too pretty, but I struggled through the day in order to attend a stag do I had been organising for my friend. Saturday was spent paintballing, watching the agonising end of the six nations and continuing to drink our stag into the ground. Sunday was a day for rest, relaxation and, mainly, rehydration. I’ve been back to work this week and spending my evenings looking after a sick girlfriend and babysitting next door’s, also ill, children.
So what do you do when you run out of time to blog? It’s taken me until today to catch up with all the articles in my feed reader and I am exhausted (I’ll be in bed merely seconds after hitting the publish button, I promise). Do you always make sure you have a post or two saved up? Do you concentrate more on quick links or news stories if you don’t have much time? I need to learn how to keep up when everything else seems to take over, if you can help I’d love to hear from you.

Phil Says:Thanks Dave… but when would I use that? When I’m on the tube on the way into work?!

Nyssa Says:Interesting really cause I don’t have much time myself lately. I’m discovering life outside of the internet hehe. But no, more seriously, I’m doing a lot in the outdoors at the moment, plus I’m not having the time to do anything for my main or personal blog. :(
Sucks a bit, but I don’t think I will just throw it aside since I will eventually have time. It may be in a month or so, or it might be when I get back to Australia (in August) but we’ll see. :)

Phil Says:Hey Nyssa,
I didn’t expect you’d have much time at the moment though! Just found your joint blog with Zeta and I’ll be subscribing so I can keep up with you!
I look forward to reading more on your design side of things, but I hope you are enjoying this life outside the internet at the moment. Thanks for dropping by here too, by the way!
